Our Philosophy

From the beginning, our founder Andrea Lombardi believed that luxury transportation should feel effortless — that the car, the chauffeur, and the experience should arrive as a seamless whole, with no friction and no compromise.

That philosophy has informed every decision we have made since. We select vehicles personally. We train our chauffeurs in hospitality standards borrowed from five-star hotels. We monitor every flight in real time, so our clients never wait.

Today, Limo Milano serves executives, fashion houses, hotel concierges, and private clients across Lombardy and beyond. Our fleet spans from discreet executive sedans to the most celebrated marques in the world — Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Maserati.

Andrea Lombardi

Founder & CEO

Andrea founded Limo Milano in 2009 with a single Mercedes-Benz S-Class and an obsession with service. A former hospitality director at Four Seasons Milan, he brought hotel-grade standards to ground transportation — and never looked back. Under his leadership, the company has grown to a fleet of 24 vehicles serving clients across Europe.

Valentina Russo

Head of Client Experience

Valentina joined Limo Milano after six years managing VIP relations for a Milan-based fashion house, handling logistics for editors, buyers, and brand ambassadors during Fashion Week. She oversees every aspect of the client journey — from first enquiry to post-trip follow-up — and is personally responsible for the company's 98% satisfaction rating.

Luca Ferrari

Fleet & Operations Director

Luca's background spans automotive engineering (Politecnico di Milano, 2008) and luxury fleet management. He oversees vehicle acquisition, maintenance schedules, and the rigorous presentation standards applied to every car before every booking. If your vehicle arrives anything less than immaculate, Luca wants to know.
